Synnex preliminary consolidated financial results were as follows: 
       In Mar’15 Synnex consolidated revenue was NT$28.1bn, with a decrease of 7% YOY over the same period. In Q1’15, Synnex consolidated revenue was NT$70.4bn, with a decrease of 10% YOY over the same period. 

       By products breakdown were as follows: 
       (1). IT sales revenue： In Q1’15 the sales revenue totaled NT$39.0bn, with a decrease of 7% YOY and shared 56% of total consolidated sales revenue. 

       (2). Telecom revenue： In Q1’15 the sales revenue totaled NT$4.5bn, with a growth of 17% YOY and shared 6% of total consolidated sales revenue. 

       (3). Consumer Electronics revenue： In Q1’15 the sales revenue totaled NT$9.0bn, with a decrease of 26% YOY and shared 13% of total consolidated sales revenue. 

       (4). IC components revenue： In Q1’15 the sales revenue totaled NT$17.9bn, with a decrease of 13% YOY and shared 25% of total consolidated sales revenue. 

       Looking at the overall market conditions in Q1’15, it’s lower than expected the demand is still not strong due to the lack of product innovation can attract people’s topic. ASP falls continuously also leads the decline of sales revenue. Moreover, the effect of Chinese New Year is not so significant that the sales performance appear the larger gap in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan compared with the last year. Fortunately, the market share continues to expand in Australia and Indonesia by active introduction of new products to maintain a high level of growth. Outlook for the future market conditions, expect the vendors to have a variety of product innovation will push sales revenue back to the stable growth track in Q2’15 and Q3’15.
