In December and the fourth quarter, Synnex's Enterprise Solution Business, IT Consumer Business, and Mobile Device Business all achieved YoY growth. Among these, the Enterprise Solution Business set new records for monthly and quarterly revenue, with an annual growth exceeding 12%. The Mobile Device Business also delivered strong results, reaching its highest single-quarter revenue since 2018, with a YoY increase of 20%. However, the Semiconductor Business experienced a decline in December and the fourth quarter, mainly due to a high base effect created by significant projects in the prior year.
For the entire year of 2024, the Enterprise Solution Business benefited significantly from the surge in demand for AI-related products and services, particularly in data centers. This drove its annual revenue to a record of NT$131.9 billion, representing a 9% YoY growth. The Semiconductor Business, bolstered by the steady expansion of its MSP customer base, achieved record-breaking revenue for the fourth consecutive year, reaching NT$157.2 billion, also with a 9% YoY increase. The Mobile Device Business, driven by robust demand in Southeast Asia markets, posted annual revenue of NT$20.7 billion, marking a six-year high with an impressive 24% YoY growth. The IT Consumer Business, despite weak market demand in the first half of the year, saw modest improvement with the AI PC trend in the second half, leading to an annual revenue increased of 2% YoY, totaling NT$125.0 billion.
Regionally, Synnex's overseas distribution channels showed strong performance across all markets in 2024, with the Indonesian market particularly outstanding. Indonesian consistently set new monthly and quarterly revenue records throughout the year, with December and fourth-quarter revenues both increasing by more than 30% YoY. This pushed the market's full-year revenue beyond the NT$40 billion mark, achieving a significant 27% increase. In China, revenue grew steadily quarter by quarter, with December revenue increasing by 18% YoY, fourth-quarter and full-year revenues rising by 10% and 5%, respectively.
