Synnex preliminary consolidated financial results were as follows:

　　Synnex consolidated sales revenue in Aug.’19 was NT$28.8bn, with a decrease of 19% YoY from NT$35.7bn. YTM sales revenue was accumulated to NT$217.7bn, with a decline of YoY 12% from NT$247.8bn.

　　By products breakdown were as follows:

　　(1). IT sales revenue in Aug.’19 was NT$17.6bn, with a decrease of 22% YOY from NT$22.5bn in the prior year. YTM sales revenue totaled NT$131.9bn, with a decline of 12% and shared 61% of total consolidated sales revenue.

　　(2). Telecom sales revenue in Aug.’19 was NT$1.4bn, with a decrease of 10% YOY from NT$1.6bn in the prior year. YTM sales revenue totaled NT$11.4bn, with a decline of 34% YOY and shared 5% of total consolidated sales revenue.

　　(3). Consumer Electronics sales revenue in Aug.’19 was NT$2.1bn, with a decline of 19% YOY from NT$2.6bn in the prior year. YTM sales revenue amounted to NT$14.0bn, with a slight decline of 1%YOY and shared 6% of total consolidated sales revenue.

　　(4). IC components revenue in Aug.’19 was NT$7.7bn, with a decrease of 15% YOY from NT$9.0bn in the prior year. YTM sales revenue totaled NT$60.4bn, with a decline of 10% YOY and shared 28% of total consolidated sales revenue.
