SYNNEX Technology International Corporation Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Honor, a Huawei Sub-brand

A ceremony for signing a strategic cooperation agreement between Synnex and Honor took place at Huawei's Shenzhen headquarters at the end of March. With the signing, Synnex has officially become the first strategic partner under Honor's Smart life Device series. In the future, both parties will continue to work together to develop additional channels and promote the series of Smart life Device under the Honor brand.

 

Honor is a sub-brand launched by Huawei in 2013. In the mobile Internet era, the brand meets consumer demands for superior quality and ultimate product experience by pursuing ever faster transformations. Honor President George Zhao states that Synnex already has the business development strategies in place to manage comprehensive global distribution channels, multi-industry domains, and multi-regional markets. As Honor continues to expand its investment in human resources and promote the product brand, both Honor and Synnex will continue to expand the scale of their business operations into domestic as well as overseas markets.

 

Vice President of Synnex Distribution (China) Dickson Lui points out that Synnex and Honor has already been working closely with one another for many years. In the future, Synnex will take advantage of its comprehensive channel layout to combine innovative technologies and development trends in the artificial intelligence domain, as well as to strengthen business operations in China's prefectural-level municipalities, to create an excellent cooperative environment between Honor and other partners in the ecosphere and achieve efficient business development.

 

Lui also stresses that Synnex and Huawei, the owner of the Honor brand, are both world-class corporations built on top of a strong corporate governance culture. With Synnex's standard management practices, the quality of business services provided can be guaranteed to significantly reduce channel operation costs. As both parties continue to deepen their business collaborations in the future, efforts will also be made to incorporate innovative concepts to enhance team management practices and raise overall competitiveness, in order to complete the crossover to pursue the development of smart life devices.

 

The signing of the Cooperation Agreement by Synnex and Honor does not only represent the fact that both parties will be working even more closely with one another to promote the Honor brand, it also symbolizes a new milestone for Synnex as the Company expands its business operations into consumer products. In the future, Synnex will continue to expand into the market for smart life devices. By working together with Honor and forming a mutually beneficial alliance, a brand new collaborative model for smart life devices can be created to realize the objective of joint success for Synnex, Honor, and all ecological partners.
